How to use this properly
- Group by arrival window, not by flight. Nobody waits for one person; everyone waits for a wave.
- 45 minutes of curb buffer covers domestic bag claim. Use 75–90 for international arrivals with immigration.
- Never fill a vehicle to capacity on paper. Leave two seats — someone always misses a connection and joins the next wave.
- Send the manifest to the hotel front desk too, not just the transport company. The desk fields the "where is my ride" calls.
- Departures need the same plan in reverse, working backwards from the earliest flight and the airport's check-in cutoff.
