Mezze is a small, independent product. This policy is written in plain language because that's how we'd want to read one.
What we collect
Without an account: nothing personal. Your charts and schedules save in your own browser's storage, on your device. We never see them.
With an account: your email address (for magic-link sign-in) and the event data you choose to sync — guest names, groups, dietary needs, hotels, arrival days, seating, schedules, and shuttle plans.
Guest records: the guest details a host enters or imports (name, attendance, party, dietary needs, hotel, arrival, notes) are stored so the host can work with them across their devices. Mezze does not collect information from guests directly.
Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers — we only receive confirmation that a purchase happened and the email it's attached to.
Where it lives
Account and event data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and the site is served by Netlify. Sign-in and RSVP emails are delivered via Resend. These are established infrastructure providers with their own security practices; data is encrypted in transit.
What we never do
We never sell your data or your guests' data. Ever.
We never email your guests — RSVP responses go only to the event's host.
We don't run third-party advertising trackers on your event data.
Deletion
Email hello@usemezze.com from your account email and we'll delete your account and all associated event and RSVP data, typically within 7 days. Data saved only in your browser can be cleared anytime via your browser settings or the Reset button in each tool.
