The flights are booked. Now comes the hard part.

For companies of 30–300 without an events team. Mezze runs everything after the confirmations: who's coming, where they sleep, when they land, what they eat, which group they're in, and who needs chasing today. One attendee list instead of eleven spreadsheet tabs.

Born running a 200-person, 45-nationality, three-day gathering — on eleven spreadsheets. Never again.

The stack you're running today

Registration in a form tool. Dietary answers in a Sheet, tab 4.
Rooming list in an email thread with the hotel. Version 7. Or 8.
The agenda in a slide deck that was accurate on Tuesday.
Shuttle groups in a group chat. The driver has a screenshot.

Every change happens five times. Every miss happens in public.

How it works

01

Bring your list

Import the spreadsheet you already have, or send a registration link that collects dietary needs, arrival and departure times, hotel and room-share preference in one go.

02

See what's missing

Mezze shows a readiness score and a list of exactly who needs chasing: no arrival time, no hotel, no dietary answer, not on a shuttle. Click any item, fix it, watch the score move.

03

Assign everything

Breakout groups, dinner tables, workshop tracks and airport shuttle waves — generated from the same list, mixing departments and respecting who can't sit together.

04

Send the documents

Rooming list to the hotel, manifests to the drivers, dietary matrix to the caterer, run of show to the venue. Exported, not retyped.

05

Handle the changes

Someone's flight slips. Mezze tells you which shuttle, which rooming line and which meal count just changed — before it becomes a day-of problem.

What Mezze runs
Live

Registration

Custom questions, per-person dietary, hotels, arrival days. Operational intake — not a headcount.

Live

Groups & assignments

Rules the room actually has: keep-apart, keep-together, mix by department. Drawn to scale in your real venue.

Live

The program

Pin the immovable (dinner reservation, venue curfew). Everything else recalculates when reality happens.

Live

Lodging & transport

Rooming lists in the hotel's format. Attendees grouped by flight window, shuttle waves with real capacities, driver manifests written for you.

Live

Readiness

A live score and a list of what is missing: travel details, hotels, dietary answers, unassigned people, over-capacity shuttles.

Live

Rooming list

Export a hotel-ready rooming list — names, hotel, arrival, dietary and accessibility notes — sorted by property, in the format front desks accept.

The keynote will run long. Plan for it.

Every offsite schedule dies at 11:40am when the CEO takes an extra forty minutes. In a slide deck, the rest of the day is now fiction — and someone quietly deletes the breaks. In Mezze, you drag one block. Everything after it recalculates. The pinned dinner reservation holds. The breaks survive. Nobody panics.

Booking platforms are good at booking — keep yours. Travel tools are good at flights — keep those too. Mezze runs everything after the confirmation emails.

Pricing

Built for companies of 30–300 without an events team. No procurement, no implementation, no sales call — set it up yourself this afternoon.

Running four or more gatherings a year? Unlimited costs less than four passes — and if you bought a single pass in the last 30 days, we credit it against the annual plan. Just email us. Every plan includes setup help from a human.

The Offsite Ops Checklist

Every guide says "pick a fun venue." Nobody publishes the operational countdown: when registration must close, when the hotel needs the rooming list, when counts lock with the caterer, when manifests reach the drivers. Two pages. The deadlines that hurt are in red.

Instant download. Occasional notes on running better company gatherings — unsubscribe anytime, never sold.

Questions a busy person would ask

How long does setup take?

An afternoon. Paste your attendee list (CSV or straight from a spreadsheet), set your venue's real dimensions, pick a template. The demo took you ninety seconds — a real event is the same motions with your names.

Do attendees need accounts?

No. Attendees get a registration link and, later, their details. Accounts are for the one or two people running the show.

We already run this in Notion and Sheets.

So did we — that's where Mezze came from. The difference shows up on the day: a Sheet can hold a seating chart, but it can't reseat 12 no-shows in one click, recalculate the afternoon when the keynote overruns, or hand the driver a manifest. Templates hold information. Mezze runs operations.

Do you book venues or flights?

No, deliberately. Booking platforms and travel tools do that well and monetize the transaction. Mezze is the operations layer after the confirmations — the part nobody's building.

Where does our data live? Can we get it out?

Your event lives in your account (cloud-synced) and exports to print-ready PDFs anytime — seating, kitchen sheets, manifests, the agenda. Delete your data whenever you like. We never sell it.

What size events does this fit?

The sweet spot is 30–300 people — the offsite planned by one EA, chief of staff, or ops lead. Below 30 you may not need software; above 500 you're in conference-platform territory and we'll say so honestly.

Ten minutes to your first readiness score.
