Aisle Planner has been serving wedding professionals since 2013 and it is a genuinely good product. Its CRM, proposals, contracts and invoicing are mature, and if you run your whole business inside it, there is no strong reason to leave.
The question worth asking is whether you are paying for the back office or the wedding. Aisle Planner prices by active project count: entry tiers start around $49.99 a month for up to 15 projects and climb toward $189.99 a month at the top end. That is priced against a full business suite. If what you actually open every day is the guest list, the room and the timeline, you are buying a lot of CRM you do not use.

The honest version. These are not the same product. Aisle Planner is your back office: leads, proposals, e‑signatures, getting paid. Mezze is the operational half: who sits where, who is on which shuttle, what the caterer needs by Friday, and what the couple still has to decide. Plenty of planners run both, and Mezze at $24.99 sits comfortably alongside a business suite without doubling your software bill.
The one structural complaint about project‑count pricing is worth naming: your software bill rises exactly when your year goes well, and a slow February costs the same as a full June. A flat price does not do that.
Prices in USD. No per-guest charge, no feature tiers, no watermark on exports.
Export a guest list from Aisle Planner as CSV, then import it into Mezze from the Guests page. Mezze reads your column headers, matches them automatically, and shows you a preview and a summary before creating anyone. XLSX works too, so a spreadsheet a couple emailed you imports the same way.
Free for one active wedding, unlimited guests. No card, no demo call, no sales engagement.
Open Mezze — free →Aisle Planner prices by the number of active projects you have at once. Published tiers start around $49.99 a month for up to 15 projects and rise toward $189.99 a month for 51 to 100, with a 30-day free trial. Always confirm current pricing on their site.
Not for the business side. Aisle Planner handles leads, proposals, contracts, e-signatures and invoicing, and Mezze does none of that. Mezze handles the operational side of running the wedding: seating, guest list, RSVP, run of show, transport, budget, vendor handoffs and the shared workspace with the couple. Many planners run both.
It is a narrower product. There is no CRM, no payment processing and no marketing directory, so there is no need to price against a full business suite. The pricing is also flat rather than tiered by project count, so a quiet season costs the same as a busy one.
Yes. Export a guest list as CSV, then use the import on the Mezze Guests page. Column headers are matched automatically and you can correct any mapping from a dropdown before confirming. CSV and XLSX are both supported.
One active wedding with an unlimited guest list, seating, run of show, budget, logistics, vendor handoffs, the shared couple workspace and every export with no watermark. Unlimited active weddings are $24.99 a month or $199 a year.
