One guest list runs everything. Guests answer your RSVP form (attendance, party, diets, hotels, arrival days) → you send them to Seating in one click → the chart feeds kitchen sheets → Schedule holds the day's times → Transport reads hotels and builds shuttle manifests. Enter a guest once; every tool already knows them.
Today Mezze is a single-account product: your events belong to your sign-in, and vendors receive print/PDF exports (runsheets, kitchen sheets, manifests). Proper collaboration — email invitations, owner/editor/viewer roles, and vendor links that show only what each vendor needs — is on the roadmap. We don't recommend sharing account access.
